Getting My Lists Made Up

It’s that time of year to figure out what to get for all the loved ones.  This year seems especially difficult and I have no idea why.  Last night David and I sat down and looked through some websites that he had saved.  But personally to me, nothing really jumped out at me.

I have a TON of stuff saved from shopping through the year for Regan.  However, it is all in my closet and I need time to go through everything and figure out what I have.  Then I’m going to have to figure out what to tell other people and also figure out something to get her from Santa.

I started a theme for some people but I don’t necessarily want to theme everyone.  It seems hard this year.

Any ideas, any suggestions of what you are doing for gifts this year?  It would be very helpful.  Just tell me what you want – that would make it really easy!!!!

Wrapping

So I finally started to wrap presents last night.  Geez, up way too late doing that.  But at least it is started and I have more to do but it was funny going through everything because I realized I  had some little things for Regan that I was going to do for her too.  ACK – I only have a week to get someof those things done for her if I’m going to really do it.  But we will see how ambitious I truly am. 

I did find out that I don’t have as many little things for her as I thought I did but I am really fine with that.  I know that David has some things for her too so she will have plenty to play with.

How far along are you with getting presents, and wrapping?

p.s.  If you are completely done with wrapping, don’t comment.  It just tells me how unorganized I truly am. 

Day26 – I came to the realization…..

I knew that Christmas was coming, really I did.  But seriously less than 29 days now??  Huh??!!! 

Granted I got the downstairs looking decent, if I can just keep up with it for 29 days.  The upstairs however is a COMPLETELY different story.  And to think, I still have to get out the Christmas stuff and put away other stuff and let the containers still sit in my room for a while longer.  UGH, when will I ever get my room straightened out?!

So I found the movie that I was hoping to come across for Regan for Christmas, Mary Poppins.  I think that she is going to LOVE it!  I hope anyway.  It will be fun for me for a while if she isn’t into it yet.

So David knows everything that he is getting because Regan showed him the box of pots and pans.  Lovely…….  I don’t know what else to get him, however I did see something over the weekend that he might like.

Regan is so covered that no one else has to get her anything.  I might as well put everyone else’s names on her presents!!  I can’t believe how crazy I have been with wanting to get her stuff this year.

I have a couple gifts that are extra for people but I don’t know who they are going to yet.
