Wow, we all made it.  Some of us blanked out a day but seriously I think that at most we only missed a day!!!  CONGRATS to everyone that participated.

I just want to say that I really enjoyed the challenge this month (and believe me, some days it was a challenge), however it has gotten me in the swing of things and made me realize how cool it is to just share with everyone.  I wish that I had more time right now to really learn more about blogging and everything that I can do with it, but it is working for me so far.

I want to thank all of you that comment here.  It warms my heart to know that someone out there is checking up on me and enjoying what I do share - no matter how silly or how lame a post might be.

The nice thing is that I feel like the challenge has set me up for some good ideas for next month.  We will just see.

I hope that November has been good to you all, I look forward to sharing December and Christmas with you all as well.

Okay, EDT changed to EST what?, November 3rd? (Vague memory right now)!  However it appears that the time change has finally decided to catch up to me and I have no idea what I did to deserve this.

Seriously, I can NOT get out of bed before 6:20 this week.  I know that I haven’t gotten to bed when I really SHOULD, but geez, waking up this late is killing me a bit. 

If you smell ‘that’ today……yeah, think of me.

Yes, I stole from you Em.   XEROX  I had completely forgotten about this program!  I did my part just now! 

Sonny has the right idea and I’m very proud of him for sharing with the rest of us his unconditional love for his family members (You da MAN).

Through work we are going to be involved in the Angel Giving Tree, through the Salvation Army  (I believe this was what Em might have been talking about on her blog as well). We have requested 75 Angels, we got started a little late on this but better late than never.

I wanted to do the shoe boxes with Regan and never made it however when I went through her toys this past week, they all went to the Salvation Army as well.

I could probably get very vaclempt if I kept going so I will save some as we get closer to the season!

So Regan wanted Waffles last night, I called MIL to see if she wanted to join us and she did so……

Part of the conversation last night was:

Me:  These are special waffles.  They are special ‘Regan’ waffles.

Regan:  They aren’t special (big grin).

MIL:  What would you put on your waffles Regan?

Regan:   mmmmm….., CHOCOLATE!!!

Me:  These have chocolate in them!!  See, these are special Waffles!!!  You asked for them, and you got them.

Oh well, it was a fun conversation, Regan proceeded to tell me that I needed to stop being funny.  Great now I’m just funny! 

Overall, it was a good night however Regan had other ideas.  She was a little bit of a terror at one point so I just took her upstairs to have Time Out!!  Obviously we are having issues, I just haven’t pin pointed what they are exactly.  I don’t want to say that it is JUST that she is 3 years old.  I don’t want to say that it is JUST a phase.  I don’t want to say that it is just from family life at this point.  I will say that I think it is a combination of all 3 and we just have to work through it and make sure that she knows that she is loved unconditionally and that includes the times she acts out. 

And this too shall pass.

Last night while I was putting together Regan and I’s dinner I got the dishes in the washer.  Once she was down I put all her crayons away and everything else that was about the living room.  (I know that I really should get her to do that stuff but then I feel like we would be getting ready for bed at 6:30 and she would dawdle the whole time).  I got the rest of the Christmas cards addressed.  I got the coffee pot ready for this morning!  I even caught up with a friend on the phone!

This morning it took forever for me to make up my mind to get out of bed.  But I finally did.  Got some coffee, sat down at the computer, got my checkbook updated and the joint account updated.  Paid 2 more bills.  Heard that Sean Taylor had passed away!!!!!!!!  WTF?!!

Okay, I had heard nothing about this yesterday at all - so needless to say I was shocked.  So sad for someone so young, granted it happens everyday to someone we may or may not know but seriously stuff like this just wigs me out a bit.

I actually made it to work ON TIME!  So now I just wait to see how the rest of the day is going to go.  Got some stuff that I can do and will get started on.

That is about it so far.

I knew that Christmas was coming, really I did.  But seriously less than 29 days now??  Huh??!!! 

Granted I got the downstairs looking decent, if I can just keep up with it for 29 days.  The upstairs however is a COMPLETELY different story.  And to think, I still have to get out the Christmas stuff and put away other stuff and let the containers still sit in my room for a while longer.  UGH, when will I ever get my room straightened out?!

So I found the movie that I was hoping to come across for Regan for Christmas, Mary Poppins.  I think that she is going to LOVE it!  I hope anyway.  It will be fun for me for a while if she isn’t into it yet.

So David knows everything that he is getting because Regan showed him the box of pots and pans.  Lovely…….  I don’t know what else to get him, however I did see something over the weekend that he might like.

Regan is so covered that no one else has to get her anything.  I might as well put everyone else’s names on her presents!!  I can’t believe how crazy I have been with wanting to get her stuff this year.

I have a couple gifts that are extra for people but I don’t know who they are going to yet.

Regan and I had to look for a new pillow today (for her).  We found a princess one that she liked, so she is happy. 

I got my coffee this morning, so I’m happy.  Nothing regarding plans today, just kind of hanging out.  Regan is napping now.  I think, I’m going to split my time between writing up addresses on x-mas cards and reading. Uuuuhhhhmmmmmmmm, which will I decide to do more?  haha  I’m loving having two days off consecutively though! 

I do still have a couple chores (blah) to take care of today but you know what, it will get done and I’m not stressing over it.  Oh and there is 3 loads already through the washer, and 2 through the drier, only 1 more to go in the washer so that is going on today as well.
